I got to know Ted when he worked for the Winnipeg Free Press when I was a carrier and he had an inside job. He would be one of the escorts for trips that carriers would win for securing new subscribers, I Met up with him again thru the Chimo Clowns for which he was one of the three founders back in the late 1970s. We also did trips to Minot, ND for the ND state fair parade which also gave me to start a new friendship with Ken. I was proud to give him one of my ISCA Presidential pins back in 2016. Deanna and I tried a few times to contact him in the last few years. Until we meet again. Happy to clown! Sorry to frown! Happy to clown again! - Posted by: Cliff & Deanna Hartmier (Friends, Clowns, and Newspaper carriers) on: Oct 23, 2021

Ted was a special friend. He was my first mentor 41 years ago when I first became a clown. So many lessons he taught me, my first shows were through CIGAM and many fun magic tricks I use to this day. Love and warm condolences to the family. - Posted by: Valerie Meiners (Friends ) on: Oct 23, 2021
