JADWIGA H. KACZMARCZYK

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jadwiga Kaczmarczyk with family by her side on October 17, 2021 at the Grace Hospital at the age of 83 years. She was born on May 3, 1938 in Wilno, Poland.
She is survived by her daughters, Halina (Ricky) Pirrie, Maria (Czeslaw) Kojs of Arizona and son Andrzej. Grandchildren, Lindsy (Corey), Jeffrey (Ashley) Pawel and Mateusz of USA and great-grandchild Korra, and numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family in Poland and Europe.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., with Rosary to start at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue, celebrated by Fr. Tomasz Koscinski, OMI. Interment to take place at Holy Ghost Cemetery, 42387 Main Street.
