She was predeceased by her parents, Martha and Alfred Edwards; and sister Barbara Todd. She leaves to mourn her sister Sandra (Ken); son Jeffrey (Kim); and daughter Shannon (Ken); along with grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In accordance with Noreen's wishes, there will be no funeral.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Hospice.
