  • Chris and Corey were like the brothers I never had growing up. So many good memories: running around on the farm, letting me play with their toy machine guns when my Mom wouldn't let me have one. Playing Atari for the first time in 1977 (Gonskes had the first one in the Winnipeg, saving up and buying it from Video Concepts with their 'barn money'. Little Corey asking his big brother how they could make the car fly at the end of the movie, 'Grease'!). Hours and hours of playing Magic with Corey and Harrison. Good times with a great man that will be sorely missed. God bless. - Posted by: Riek Gladys (friend) on: Dec 29, 2021

  • My condolences to Corey's family. Corey was a conscientious, dependable and hardworking employee. It was a pleasure to have known and worked with him for several years. I sincerely believe there wasn't anyone that would have a negative comment to make about Corey and I only ever heard him talk positive of others. • I was so saddened by hearing of Corey’s passing. Far to many of our childhood friends have passed so soon. Corey was well liked. He was a nice guy, he was smart and a good sense of humour. We grew up together in Stony Mountain, going to school from elementary school through high school and playing hockey. Myself, my brothers and my parents send their condolences and sympathies to his family. He will be missed. - Posted by: Darryl Snell (Friend) on: Dec 18, 2021

  • Vickie and I offer our sincerest condolences to you Becky, and your entire family. Corey was an awesome co-worker and friend. I often saw him at some of the breakfasts I attended with our Train Club. Ray Kindrat - Posted by: Ray Kindrat (former co-worker) on: Dec 18, 2021
