Ashley, Andre and Josh, and Gary, We are so very sorry to hear of the sudden death of your mother. She had so much love for you guys and her grand kids. She will be missed by all that knew her. I had just been messaging with her a couple days before I read of her passing. Hugs to all of you. I never met Amanda personally, however the way in which Gary spoke about her and cared so deeply for her, well, you knew she must have been quite a special lady. So incredibly sorry for your loss! - Posted by: Jen Hebert (Husband’s co-worker) on: Dec 22, 2021

I was absolutely heartbroken to hear of Amanda's passing. I'm still in shock and don't want to believe I'll never see her beautiful smile again. I met her and Gary in the restaurant I work at. I was instantly drawn to them because they were just so cute together and were the only couple who sat beside eachother rather than across from one another. I then learned they had moved into a house just down the street from me and I started house sitting for them whenever they went on holidays. Our friendship was instant and she always made me feel truly appreciated. She told me she was sick and we were supposed to get together for coffee but life and covid got in the way and I will always regret that. I will forever miss her and never forget her. Andrew, Ashley and Gary, I am truly sorry for your loss of such an amazing woman. - Posted by: Melissa stone (Friend) on: Dec 22, 2021

Andrew and Ashley, We are so very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. After recently meeting her for the first time we were instantly drawn to her kindness and openness. It is surreal, and our hearts hurt deeply for you and your families. You can only take one step at a time as you walk this road. We hold you close in our prayers! - Posted by: Wayne & Maxine (Andrews friends) on: Dec 18, 2021

About 35 years ago Amanda began caring for our daughters thru daycare. Our daughters soon turned to love Amanda as a second mother. Kim and I soon looked forward to dropping off Jacquie and Kristen in am and picking them up in pm, so we could see Andrew, Josh and Ashley and spend some time chatting with Amanda. We were heartbroken when we heard she had passed. We still live a block away from where Amanda and the kids lived. Our lives were made better because of all of you. We will cherish these memories forever. Amanda, we love you and will miss you dearly. - Posted by: Grant Tymchuk (Friend ) on: Dec 18, 2021
