1941-2021
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Efie on December 28, 2021 at home with his wife Lilly of 56 years, by his side.
His boys, Raymond (Cheryl) and Edward (Janice) were the love of his life. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, Nicole, Andrew, Jessyqua, Jelyssa, and Quintin; brother Rick (Deb); brother-in-law Fred (Penny) Paesel; sisters-in-law, Heddy Jacobson and Dorothy (Lloyd) Wright; along with several nieces and nephews.
Efie was a private person, and in keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal rescue.

Again Lilly, Boys and Families, With heavy hearts we will always remember Efi! Efie and Lilly came into our lives when we moved into Paradise Village a little over 8 years ago. They welcomed us with open arms and the Friendship and Respect for Both just blossomed. I will miss his teasing of me but cherish all the wonderful memories we made in those short 8+ years. We sure did have some great laughs. I will always toast you with Rhubarb Slush which he loved so much. Efie could do anything with wood as his yard showed. My most treasured piece Efie made me a few months before they moved to Winnipeg is my big Bird Feeder and every time I look at him I remember the huge smile when he gave it to me.
