Dear Bernie, We would like te offer our condolences on John's passing away. We only met you and John once about 3 years ago at other cousin Bernie's house in Kenora, when we were over from Amsterdam. You told me then about the accident he'd had years back, which changed your lives forever. He seemed such a kind man. Sorry to hear of his passing. Knew him well as a kid growing up in Charleswood, he had a great personality. I believe his dad and mine were good friends. Dave - Posted by: Dave Collins (child hood friend) on: Feb 12, 2022

Bernie and family. My sincere condolences on John's passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers. He will be missed by so many people. He always had a smile on his face and such a happy personality. I have lots of fond memories when we were young at Auntie Gladys and Uncle Jack's house. Surround yourself with family and friends for comfort. Take care and God Bless. My deepest condolences to Bernie, Kevin, Tammy and your families. When I was a teenager and spending time at the Overwater's farm John was always around and he was like a big brother to us all. My fondest memories of John was when he and Bernie took us out for the weekend to the Big Whiteshell camping. Will miss his stories and smile. - Posted by: Cheryl DuGray (Cousin) on: Jan 22, 2022
