JUDITH DIVA DATO
January 26, 1926 – January 20, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, Judith Diva Dato on Thursday, January 20, 2022 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Dominador; brothers, Abraham, Victor, Antonino, Job, Bernardo; sisters, Nena, Rebecca, Esther and Pascuala.
Judith will be truly missed by her sister Magdalena; sons, Jose (Rosebita), George (Edna); daughters, Gloria, Carmen (Simeon); her nine grandchildren; great-grandchildren and numerous extended family members and friends in the Philippines and Canada.
Judith moved from the Philippines to Canada in the summer of June 1992. She enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren, sewing and fishing.
The family would like to thank the staff from the Grace Hospital for their kindness and the compassionate care they provided during her stay.
The family has requested limited attendees at service by invitation only.
