Peacefully on January 26, 2022, Peter passed away at Oakview Nursing Home.
His children, Carla and Harry, along with their families, will miss him dearly. His wife Liese predeceased him, in 2017.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Please call 204-885-9715 to reserve your seat.

Harry & Carla, I have so many memories of growing up and the Thiessen get togethers we used to have when the Aunts would be in one room and the Uncles in the other or outside depending on whose house we'd be at. We used to have so much fun together. I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad, but he sure lived a long life, and now he and your Mom can be together.
