MARCEL ARTHUR JOSEPH DEVIGNE
Marcel passed on January 27, 2022, after a short battle with cancer, that robbed him of planned summers with grandchildren, and time in his workshop. His final days were spent surrounded by family at his home in Ste. Rita, Manitoba.
