ELIZABETH QUESNEL
Liz passed away peacefully on February 17, 2022, at Riverview Health Centre after a long valiant struggle with her illness.
She leaves to mourn her passing, husband Terry; daughters, Lisa and Tegan; grandchildren, Parker (Kendall), Hunter, and Makai; great-grandson Demetrius; as well as siblings, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Roman and Jean Kaczur; mother-in-law Elisabeth Quesnel; and sister-in-law Bonnie Quesnel.
Liz had a long rewarding career with Air Canada. She loved to travel, and did so to many sunny destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Hawaii. Hawaii (HNL) and Jamaica (MBJ) were her favourites. She also loved taking care of her home and everyone in it.
We would like to say a special thank you to her brother Rob and sister-in-law Nancy for always being there before, and during her long ordeal. She would also like to thank her brother Ron and sister Susan for their care and consideration. We would also like to thank the doctors and the treatment room nurses and staff at CancerCare St. Boniface Hospital. Thanks also to the staff at Riverview Health Centre for their care in her last weeks.
Liz, Mom, and Grams, will forever remain in our hearts and minds as we try to carry on without her.
In keeping with Liz's wishes, cremation has taken place, and no formal service will be held.

My sincere condolences to Liz's family, relatives and friends. I was so sorry to hear of Liz's passing. I worked with Air Canada in Newfoundland for 40 years and retired several years ago. Liz always found time to come to assistance with any accounting snags I encountered in YYT. Most importantly we always had a few laughs at my Newfie behavior. Liz was as good as GOLD. I never got to personally meet Liz or anyone in Winnipeg finance but the voices and the phone connections I will always treasure. R.I.P. Liz. Thank You for your years of kindness to me and your professional commitment to Air Canada. My sincere condolences to Liz's family and close friends. I was very sorry to hear of Liz's passing at such a young age. I worked with Liz at Air Canada for many years. Liz was a very hard worker and stickler on details. She spoke with pride and often about her family and home life. May your fun and fond memories comfort you at this time. She is now pain free and resting in peace. Regards Wendy Collins - Posted by: Wendy Collins ((former co-worker)) on: Feb 21, 2022
