FRANK PHIPPS
Frank Maxwell Phipps, aged 76, of Winnipeg, MB, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 18, 2022. He was born on May 11, 1945 on the beautiful Caribbean island of Trinidad.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Renee (Nana), Allana (Brent); four grandchildren, Avery, Kyan, Harrison and Weston-Grey; his siblings, Merle, David (Lydia), Annette, Claudette, Derrick and predeceased by his brother Julian.
Frank was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, friend and skilled machinist at CN rail.

Frank's memorial service will be held on March 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
