ALA GLADYS MALINOSKI
(nee YAREMCHUK )
February 27,1948 - February 26, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glady Malinoski, after a lengthy battle with brain cancer.
She was predeceased by her parents, Sylvester and Rose Yaremchuk; as well as brothers, Walter (Gloria), Eddie (Joyce) and brother-in-law Adolf Graber.
Glad is survived by her husband of 54 years, Gord Malinoski; sister Wanda Graber; brother-in-law Reg Malinoski and nephews, Dave and Gord Graber (Caroline).
Glady made many lifelong friendships during her 28 years as secretary/agent at Northwest Airlines, retiring in 2005.
Glady's passions in life were her pet dogs, Candy 1, Duke, Candy 2, Peaches, Casey, Tangle and Golf. She delighted in taking money off "the boys" in the Saturday morning "snip" games at Bel Acres and CFB golf courses. Her hole-in-one on the sixth hole at Bel Acres and representing Manitoba in a team competition in Prince Edward Island were her highlights.
In keeping with Glad's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to: D'Arcy's Arc, Winnipeg Humane Society, Manitoba Mutts, Winnipeg Pet Rescue or Steinbach Animal Shelter.

They were some kind of couple. You just felt that you were part of there life when you first met them both. Gordo who would back anyone who who was part of your team, and Glady backing him up. It was a truly a great friendship. I stayed in contact with them both for a number of years, saw them when I could, and floored when she told us about her condition, sadden about her passing and can only hope there comes a time when we can meet again. R I P. DEAREST FRIEND. WILL have a place in our Heart for you forever, Sid & Pat - Posted by: Sid Garant (Good Friend) on: May 09, 2022

When I first started at Northwest Air lines, Glady took me under her wing and taught me what I needed to know to become a good customer service agent. She had excellent work ethic, never minced words and was straight to the point. She became my guardian angel at work and a very good friend. I have many good memories of Glady which I will always cherish in my heart. I will miss her and she will always remain my angel. Rest in peace my friend. xo - Posted by: maria costantino (friend and co worker) on: Apr 04, 2022
