TADEUSZ JOZEF KROCZAK SR. MD
January 20, 1948 - March 4, 2022
Dr. Tadeusz Kroczak passed away March 4, 2022. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
The family would like to thank the healthcare team at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit and the staff at CancerCare Manitoba for the dignity and compassion they extended to Tadeusz.
With deep appreciation we thank the following physicians: Dr. Lin Yang for providing the best treatment possible with exceptional compassion and care; Dr. James Johnston for his support and guidance; Dr. Patricia Harris for her letters of encouragement and Dr. John Kreml for always being there for him.
Memorial donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.

I am stunned to read of Dr. Kroczak's passing. My very deepest and sincerest condolences to his family and friends at this very difficult time. I was a patient of Dr. Kroczak's for many years and was extremely fond of him and his kind and caring ways. He will be missed by so many.
