JAMES SABOURIN
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father James on April 22, 2022.
James was born in Renfrew, Ontario on September 20, 1955 to Helen Mackin. The family later moved to Thompson, Manitoba where he started his career at the Vale mine and retired in 2020
after devoting 35 years to the company. In 1991 James married Deborah Garnhum and later had their two children, Damon and Darian.
In his free time James enjoyed playing hockey, ball hockey, going for runs and working out.
He was also an avid Jets and Bombers fan.
James is survived by his mother Helen (John); two children, Darian, Damon (Leah); and grandchild Freya, sister Cathy (Mitch); brothers, Dennis (Joni), JR, Rick and Danny, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a family service was held.
