May 13, 1999 - May 18, 2022
With heavy hearts, we announce that Drea Lopez passed away on May 18, 2022 in the Health Sciences Centre (HSC), with her mother and partner at her side, at the age of 23 years.
She is survived by her partner Eric; siblings, Cecilia (Scott) and Alberto; mother Mirna; cat Franklyn; and many friends and family.
Drea was a lover of all things unique. She loved art, sweets, and cute things. She was a talented hairstylist that whose career was just beginning to bloom. She had an innocent soul, with a laugh that could light up a room.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff in the HSC's GD6 wing. Thank you for helping her through that difficult time in her life.

In accordance with their wishes, cremation has taken place and a small private Celebration of Life was held.
