It is with profound sorrow that the family of David Low announce his passing surrounded by love on July 4, 2022 at Riverview Palliative Care at the age of 49.

Retired for several years now, I have been out of the loop. I had no idea that David was not well, and was deeply saddened to learn of his passing. I worked with David on many construction projects throughout Winnipeg, and Manitoba. I enjoyed working with him, and came to have a great respect for his knowledge and skills.
