I spent many weekends with Michele and her family growing up and have fond memories of Doris. Michele and I loved to "surprise" her with frogs and snakes at Lundar Beach. I remember her great sense of humour and her laugh. She was a special person and I'm grateful to have known her. - Posted by: Carol Herman (Kachur) (Friend of Michele, Doris's daughter) on: Aug 30, 2022

I met Mrs. Milian at Lundar Beach, her and husband and family were good friends with my family. Doris was truly one of a kind...she was the sweetest person you could ever meet....always hospitable and gracious ..she reminded me of my own mother...she will be truly missed by all who has touched her life. “I guess by now I should know enough about loss to realize that you never really stop missing someone — you just learn to live around the huge gaping hole of their absence.” She will be missed by all and will get to join the rest of the family who are waiting for her....all my best to the family....my thoughts and prayers are with you...."HUGS" - Posted by: Sheila Webb (Taylor) (Friends) on: Aug 27, 2022
