Just wanted to convey my sympathies on the passing of Luella. Didn't see much of her in the last several years since we moved out to Sandy Hook - but she did get in touch with me when Larry passed away in 2017 and I very much appreciated that. I really can't remember what relationship she & Babe were to Larry (& Kathryn) - unless it was second cousin? Sincerely Carol Lyons.... - Posted by: Carol Lyons (family) on: Oct 01, 2022

As the matriarch of the Rutledge family Auntie Lue filled our lives with a lifetime of memories. Auntie Lue was a big supporter of everything Winnipeg had to offer - from attending Folklorama from its outset and all cultural and sporting events. She was a huge supporter of the Bombers and Jets. Lue enjoyed hosting family events and Christmas dinner always featured her prize winning jello shape. She was also an accomplished oil painter and her art focused on outdoor settings which reminded her of childhood in Killarney. Lue will be dearly missed but rest assured she lived a full life and her 5 children carry on her legacy. - Posted by: Murray Sisler (Nephew) on: Oct 01, 2022
