Fred passed away peacefully at Concordia Place, Winnipeg, aged 90.
All are welcome to celebrate Fred's life 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29 at Dawson Trail Apartments (15 Leveque Street) in the clubhouse. Longer obituary to follow.
