I was so very sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. We knew each other in the early 1970’s when he lived with his parents in Bilston West Midlands. He was an addendant at the swimming baths in Willenhall. That is when we first met. He then went on to study at Manchester University. I owe a lot to Paul he introduced me to music, The Nice and to the start of a lifelong love of concerts. The last one we went to was The Halle Proms at the Fairfield Hall, or maybe The Free Trade Hall in Manchester. Paul was a very calming person and such an interesting person to spend time with. I so wish we could have said goodbye because I wanted to say sorry. The last time we spoke was in the summer of 1975 a few weeks before I married Michael we are still together. He told me of his plans. I sincerely hope that he did not suffer. R.I .P my old friend. My condolences to his wife and daughters. - Posted by: Lynne Wann (Former Girlfriend United Kingdom) on: Nov 11, 2024

Corinne, Emma & Joël, Veronica — it is with great sadness that I read about Paul’s passing. I worked with Paul for many years at Manitoba Health, and I also looked forward to Christmas Eve Candlelight Services when I got to see all of you. He was a very special colleague and he would always smile from ear to ear when he talked about you. Paul will be so missed and memories of his soft voice and kindness will always be with me. I send my condolences to each of you at this so very difficult time. - Posted by: Colleen Olafson (Friend) on: Dec 19, 2022
