I met Pam when I was teenager and she was my next door neighbour, later she married my brother, she was a beautiful person very kind, we haven’t been in contact for sometime since I live in Ontario, I was devastated when I learned of your passing, feel very sad that I couldn’t attend celebration of life today April 29. I met Pam the day she started with the City of Winnipeg. We spent many many coffee breaks and lunches chatting and laughing. Had a few glasses of wine together as well. We also went to school together for the Management Development for Women at the University of Manitoba. Pam was very kind and wonderful lady.
