Peacefully on April 17, 2023, at the age of 84, Otto finished his final marathon. He leaves his loving wife Mary; children, Randy (Laura), Bonnie (Dave), and Veronica Gail (Bill); 11 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to MCC or Heart & Stroke.
