Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLYNNE PATRICIA WAKSHINSKI
Born in Winnipeg, Lynne passed away in the early morning of June 7, 2023.
She is survived by her husband Jerry; her sons, Rob and Ryan (Colette Pancoe); and granddaughter Hazel Pancoe.
Thanks to the staff at Fred Douglas Lodge for their care throughout her stay.
We will remember her as an avid curler, golfer and crossword puzzler; she loved Jeopardy, red wine, and of course, shopping. We wish "Nana" had had more time to spoil her granddaughter at the mall. She was the light of the family and will be missed dearly.
A private family memorial service will be held.
In lieu of flowers a donation to The Alzheimer Society Of Manitoba Inc., is appreciated.

Lynne was a joyful spirit in our front office at Stanley Knowles School for many years, through various staff and administrative changes, through all the ups and downs of each school year. The sound of her laughter, and the friendly joking that went on with Ann, Brenda, and anyone who happened by, was one of the things that made the place a delight to work in. And at the same time, Lynne helped make it a busy, productive space, with plenty of work getting done. To Lynne's family, I send my sympathy for your loss. - Posted by: Jean Ogren (coworker) on: Jun 11, 2023

I am so sorry to learn of Lynne’s passing. My deepest condolences to Jerry, Rob, Ryan, Colette and granddaughter Hazel. Lynne and I worked together for many years until her retirement. We hit off right away and I enjoyed the many laughs we had together. Her quick wit and funny stories kept us entertained. What I didn’t enjoy was her trouncing me on the golf course. Lynne was very good golfer, curler and shopper. She’d joke about hiding her purchases from you Jerry and say well this has to go back and didn’t why she bought it in the first place. I am so sorry that we lost touch over the last several years. So sorry once again for your loss Jerry. - Posted by: Brenda Grey (Friend and co-worker) on: Jun 10, 2023
