Barb passed away peacefully at Grace Hospital with family by her side.
Barb was predeceased by her husband Reginald Warner; parents, Donald and Mary MacAulay; and sister-in-law Patricia MacAulay. Left to remember Barb are daughter Pat (Terry); brother Donald; nephews, Blair (Deborah), Cam (Karen); niece Jill (Kelly); great-nieces and nephews, Justina, Kate (Mike) Taylor, Devon, Carter; and great-great-nephews, Hamish, Oliver.
Barb was born and raised in Winnipeg and enjoyed many activities. She spent her career as a Reservation Agent with Air Canada, where she met the love of her life. Working at Air Canada allowed her to travel to a multitude of destinations including Hawaii, Barbados, Scotland, along with other destinations in Europe and Australia.
Barb was an avid golfer and a member of Assiniboine Golf Club. For Barb it was all about the social factor and being out with her golf buddies. Barb spent her time dedicated to her family and friends and was always up for a phone conversation.
Special thanks to the staff at Grace Hospital and West Park Manor for their care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barb’s memory to a charity of your choice.
As per Barb’s wishes a graveside service for family has already taken place.

Our family sends condolences. My husband Ron and I remember Barb and Reg with great fondness, and remember their visits when they would stop in to see Mom and Dad. Barb was so good at keeping in touch and remembering birthdays. It had been quite a few years since we had seen Barb but looked forward to her e-mails or phone calls. Sometimes she would ask about Ron's golf game and how our grandchildren were all doing here on Vancouver Island. Years ago, Reg and Barb used to come and stay with my parents, Doreen and Charlie Warner, quite often, in their home in North Vancouver. Especially on their way to Maui. They were both such kind, gentle people and I have so many fond memories of them both. Barb and I would always talk on the phone on both of our birthdays. I can hear her voice right now as I write this. One of her nephews phoned my Mom to tell her this sad news, and I thank you for doing that. We offer our deepest condolences to you all.
