Uncle Stan was one in a trillion. His sense of humor was keen, off the cuff & he often left his friends crying and hurting with laughter. I recall my face & stomach being sore from laughing so hard more than a few occasions. He could be a soft & gentle confident. Other times his comments would leave you in puzzled silence thinking.. was that a joke? Or a shot ? Or did I miss something ? Stan loved golfing with family, friends & enjoyed getting a group together. He would praise someone's half decent golf shot & not brag about his score when he had bested me on every hole, it was just a another beautiful day on the golf course. Our time together was too short. I was always thinking well next week. Too soon gone. Stan was more like an awesome big brother. I will miss him Dearly. - Posted by: Carol Weber (Niece (Julie's daughter)) on: Oct 01, 2023

So sorry Bev to hear of Stan’s passing, we had most certainly planned to attend but won’t be back til Saturday night from our trip. We didn’t know him very well but enjoyed talking to him at the cousins get togethers. Take care of yourself and know he is in a better place. Will be in touch, Jean and Ray. - Posted by: Ray and jean faryna (Cousin of Bev) on: Sep 28, 2023

Stan was a good friend of my family, going back to my Grandmother who loved to watch him play ball. His sense of humour can be compared to no one. My sincere condolences to Bev, Perry and his family. He will surely be missed.. Rest in peace my dear friend. - Posted by: Lynn Michaud (Friend) on: Sep 28, 2023
