It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother.
She is lovingly remembered by her three children, Cheryl (Tom), Jamie (Mark) and Rodney (Kathy) as well as her grandson Conner (Shenelle). She also leaves to mourn three brothers, Terry (Mary), Rick (Lucy) and Ron, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Herman, parents, Walter and Vivian Abrey and nephew Joey.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Grace Hospital Emergency, ICU and 3rd floor Medicine Unit for the compassionate care of Mom.
A private gathering will be held at a later date.

My Condolences to Your family on the loss of your Mother and Grandmother Deanna and I worked together at the Grey Nuns for 10 yrs in the 80's, she taught me so much about work in the kitchen and of course a little bit about life. We spent a lot of time standing at the dishwasher chatting about everything, her kids my family, simple day today things. She is always in my thoughts and prayers to you all. Cheryl, Jamie, Rodney and families. So sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I have many happy memories as neighbours on Collegiate all those years ago.
