On Thursday, November 16, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer, David passed away at his home at the age of 57 years.
David will be missed by his children, Dario Di Santo and Danica Di Santo.
Growing up in Charleswood, David excelled at every sport he played. Summers were spent on the golf course and winters were spent on the hockey rink. In his later years David enjoyed his many trips to his favorite vacation spot, Las Vegas.
David was a hard worker with a strong work ethic. He loved his children deeply and was very proud of them both.
In keeping with David's wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.

Sad to hear that Dave has passed on. Dave and I were friends and neighbors who shared a huge devotion to our Goldens Vegas and Shiloh. As a little boy David loved to spend time on the farm with his “Uncle Charlie”. He was the youngest of the Gessner family cousins. Good times were had at different family get togethers. We were happy to call Dave our neighbor and friend. We enjoyed our chats over the past few years. Dave adored his dog Vegas and we were always in awe of how well trained and loved Vegas was.
