With heavy hearts, we announce that Frieda Potempa passed away on November 29, 2023, in Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home at the age of 90.
She was predeceased by her husband Joe Potempa. She is survived by cousin Pat (Helmut) Augst; nieces, Dianne, Ingrid, Terry, Bobbie, and Bev; and nephews, David, John, Mark, Dan, and Rick.
As per Frieda's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

We have just learned of Frieda’s passing today. My sister (co-worker) had the pleasure of getting to know Frieda and I, as her sister, also met Frieda a few times. She was always happy, looked so pretty, and had kind things to say. I remember the condo she lived in and a few stories my sister shared, as in she always had good memories of her husband. Frieda.
