Richard passed unexpectedly and quietly on Friday, December 8, 2023, with his wife Norma at his side.
A memorial service in his honour will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at The Bridge Church, 620 Oxbow Bend Road, Winnipeg.
