With heavy hearts, we announce that Donna passed away at home, surrounded by her dogs on December 8, 2023.
Donna was a hidden gem, loved by both her community and all the rescue dogs she helped over the years. Her home was a sanctuary, every dog who was lucky enough to stay with her must have felt so safe and loved.
Her legacy will live on through her granddaughters, Victoria and Charlotte, who shared her love of animals. So many lives have been touched by Donna, we take comfort knowing how far her love and generous spirit reached.
We want to thank Ethical Death Care for their assistance and compassion for all of Donna’s aftercare, and for the beautiful video tribute. Please join us for a Celebration of Donna’s life on January 31st at her daughter Elizabeth Ashe’s home.
