Al passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, January 15, 2024.
Al was born on the family farm in Cornwallis Municipality on November 4, 1932, to Gordon and Edna Chalmers.
Left to mourn his passing are his children: Ian (Cindy), Rick (Kim), Wendy (Wayne) Marks; eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will honour Al and Reta together at a later date.
Thank you to the staff at Rideau Park for their care for the last four years and thank you to the Dialysis Department for the many years of care.
