It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Amelia Mendes, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who left this world surrounded by the love of her family on January 11, 2024.
Prayers will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 181 Austin Street North, Winnipeg. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment to follow at Holy Family Cemetery.

We had the lovely experience of being neighbors with Amelia and her husband! She would send over some of her lovely baking to share . She was kind and had the warmest smile.
