LYNDA KASPER
Lynda Kasper (Gagnon) sadly passed away on January 27, 2024, from her battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
She had a wonderful life with her husband Dan Kasper, daughter Kristin Bowler, grandson Brayden Bowler and cat Kayia. Lynda is survived by her son Ryan Bowler, and loving sister Evelyn Parker and her family. She is now with her mother and father, Joseph and Kay Gagon, and brothers, Ernie and Charlies.
Lynda had many interests. She loved taekwondo, receiving a black belt, and her family followed in her footsteps, and over the years she loved watching their progress. For years Lynda played five pin bowling, and that is where she met her husband.
She followed the Bahá'i Faith, and the community has been so good for her, both spiritually and in friendship. Her husband and daughter are thankful for the friendships made and community support.
Lynda's family would like to thank St. Boniface CancerCare and Riverview Heath Centre for all of the care, kindness, and support they provided.
Celebration of Lynda's life will be at 12:00 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2024 at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main St., Winnipeg, with Interment to follow at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to CancerCare Manitoba.

So very sad to see this today. Lynda and I were good friends in late jr high and early high school. We lost touch after 1979 when I moved away. Lynda was a vivacious, fun and kind friend. We spent many a lunch time where her mom made us Campbell Soup beef barley and ham sandwiches as she lived so close to school. . We had matching winter parkas and would go to the local hockey games and cheer. Peace, light and love to Lynda and condolences to her loving family. - Posted by: Lauren Delgaty (School friend) on: Feb 03, 2024
