Bob passed away peacefully on February 15, 2024, at 87 years old.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children Susan (Leo), Michael (Sandy), Kathy and Blaine, grandchildren Janice, Jonathan, Danielle, Samantha, Heather, Jill, Nicole, Courtney, Kevin and Blake, 14 great-grandchildren, sister Pearl, brother Donny, as well as numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Bob was predeceased by his wife Iris, parents James and Lily, and siblings Ted, Aileen, Jimmy, Johnny, Ronnie and Roy.
A long-term Plant Services engineer at the Misericordia General Hospital, Old St Vital was home to Bob and spare time was enjoyed reading, curling or playing golf with many summers spent at the cottage in Sandy Hook.
A huge thank you to Kim, Lynsey and the team at St. Norbert Personal Care Home for the kindness and caring shown to Dad and to our family.
Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 7th at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, 1 Green Acres Lane, Winnipeg.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to The Salvation Army, Jocelyn House or a charity of your choice.
