It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our dear husband, father, and grandfather on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Ivy and Norman Evans.
Jim will be greatly missed by his wife Christine of 42 years; he will also be missed by his two daughters, Shannon (Warren) and Allyson (Brendan); and his grandchildren, Erica, Ashton, and Torsten.
As per Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family memorial service will be held.
Throughout Jim's life, he enjoyed golfing, curling, photography, and music. Jim was also a lover of animals. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to an animal rescue of your choice.
