It is with sadness we announce the passing of Tina Ediger on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the age of 97 years.
She is survived by her son Robert Ediger (wife Tracey) and grandson Tomas Ediger (wife Lorena).
Tina was born on November 20, 1926, in Whitewater, Manitoba, a small town near Boissevain, where she grew up on a farm with her mom, dad and three brothers. She moved to Winnipeg to find work, where she met her husband Siegfried (Fred) Ediger and later married in 1951. They had two sons, William (passed in 2014) and Robert.
The family would like to thank the staff at River Ridge Retirement Home and Seven Oaks Hospital for their support, assistance, and kindness.
A memorial service will be held at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg, on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
