Our Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma passed away peacefully on May 22, 2024.
Alice Froese (Reimer) was born May 5, 1940, the youngest of 11 siblings. Left behind to remember her are her daughters, Colleen (Dale) Adams, Jan (Norm) Yates, and Rachel (Glenn) Miller; her granddaughters, Nicole Anderson, Brienna (Juan) Swanson, Bethany (Roger) Swanson and Lauren (Dylan) Fletcher; and seven great-grandchildren, Wyatt Anderson, Lorenzo, Javier, Aurelio and Hugo Fantino, Althea Arsenault and Trace Fletcher. Also left to mourn is her sister, Ruth Schultz of Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. She was predeceased by her husband, Peter Froese; her son, Don Froese; and son-in-law, John Cardinal.
Our family would like to thank the staff at Oakview Plaza who cared for her the past two years. Also, a special thank you to her granddaughter Nicole for all her dedication and compassion.
A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. A reception will follow, and then interment at St. Vital Cemetery.

Dear Colleen, Jan, Rachel and families: Aine, Hanna, Grace and I are saddened by the recent passing of your wonderful mother Alice. We offer our sincere sympathy, and fully share your grief. Our thoughts of Alice are very clear and strong. She was generous, vibrant and a pleasure to spend time with. Alice was exceptional and unique in many ways. We wish you all the best and offer our support, in any way, at this challenging time. Let the memories fill your minds, warm your hearts and lead you through these difficult times.
