It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Paul Louis Rene La Plume on May 28, 2024 at the age of 69 at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be sadly missed by with wife Adrienne (La Plume); mother Marie-Paul; brother Marc (Rose-Anne); brother-in-law Wayne, his nephews: Ryan (Brittany), Jason (Melanie), and Ian; and brothers-in-law: Maurice and Gerard.
Paul was predeceased by his father Louis and sister Diane.
Paul grew up in Transcona and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology. He spent over 20 years employed with Manitoba Lotteries first as a Blackjack dealer and concluded his career as a Surveillance Technician in the Security Division.
The memorial service will take place on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, 1 Green Acres Lane in Navin, Manitoba.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Paul may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.

Sorry to hear about Paul’s passing. Condolences to Adrienne and the family. May your memories of Paul bring you comfort. Paul was a co-worker of mine for 16+ years and he was always a pleasure to work with.
