With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Adam.
Left to mourn are his parents, Lyle and Debbie McIntosh; his children, Payton and Jax; his sister Trista (Nick); brothers, Jared (Ashlee) and Jesse; along with his nieces, Alyssa, Hannah, Aurora and nephews, Lincoln and Xander as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.
Adam wore his heart on his sleeve, you wouldn’t find a kinder person; he will be missed by all of us.
A private service will be held in honour of Adam.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
