Helmar Ostrom passed away at Pine Falls Hospital on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the age of 84.
He leaves his wife of 62 years, Grace, his children, Dee (Greg), Shelley (Claude), Bonnie (Trevor), and Leonard (Cindy), eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
As per Helmar’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.

Sorry for your loss Grace, It always hurts after such a long and happy marriage. The music world will miss him as I do, I still have fond memories of our times together. Helmer was a kind and generous man and everyone loved him. We will a miss him and I know you will miss him the most. Have strength and cherish the memories.
