With heavy hearts we announce the passing of William “Bill” Roy Mark on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the age of 70 years after a courageous battle with cancer.
Survived by his loving wife Shirley of 48 years; children, Chris (Sue) and Kelly (Jody); grandchildren, Aiden, Julia, Isabelle, Victoria, and William; and many family and friends.
The family expresses gratitude to Ethical Death Care for their touching photo-biography video honouring Bill’s life, accessible through the ‘tributes’ link at the bottom of this obituary.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at CancerCare Manitoba for their care and compassion.
A social “come and go” gathering to celebrate Bill will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the West Kildonan Legion, Branch 30 on 1748 Main Street.

Bill was my favorite cousin when growing, always getting in trouble. Many good time at the lake with Bill and Shirley and kids. Remembering things and makes us laugh every time of thinking we did together at the lake. When Bill and Shirley went boating and got suck and a sand bar.
