It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Walter Thiede.
Walter was predeceased by his parents, Reinhardt and Katherine, wife Shirley, brother Richard and stepbrother Walter. Left to forever cherish his memory is his brother Edward (Zena), son Brian, nephews, Ron, Brad, Kris, niece Janet, grandsons, Adam and James, great-nieces and nephews, and great-grandson Declan. Walter was a unique individual. At the age of 79, he took his last breath with family at his side, listening to old time rock ‘n’ roll, which he loved.
Rest in peace dear brother. You ran a good race. Till we meet again.
The Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Walter’s memory to Siloam Mission.
