GAIL JEAN KALETA

With a heavy heart, I announce the passing of my beloved wife Gail on July 14, 2024, after a brief but brave struggle.
Gail is survived by her husband Paul; brother Ed (Helen); sisters, Gladys (Bob) and Doris and a plethora of nieces and nephews. Gail was predeceased by her parents, John and Kathern Perdonic.
Gail was a very hard worker but a spirited individual who was fun-loving, people friendly, and she enjoyed life to the utmost. Despite the pain she endured, she reveled in all the little pleasures life had to offer. Most special to her were her trips with her husband to annually escape winters at South Padro Island. She was loved by all and remains a spark in everyone’s heart.
I would like to thank the ambulance attendants, the doctors and nurses at E4 at St. Boniface Hospital and all involved who took such great care of her and made her final days comfortable and pleasant.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue at Henderson Hwy.
