My deepest condolences to Jean and family. May all the memories you made together over all the years help you through the pain your suffering now. I met Mickey and Jean in the choir at church. I liked them the minute I met them. Mickey was a genuine person and friend. He loved singing and playing Ukrainian music on his violin. I was a newbie to the choir and a few years his junior but that didn't matter to him. He would always make me laugh with his kibitzing in the choir. Sometimes all he would have to do was give me one of his looks and he would crack me up and after I started he would start. He was the kind of person that wouldn't hurt a fly. I was fortunate enough to hear him play at one of the church's functions along with a couple of his friends. He knew his way around a violin! He told me of his band and I bought a CD from him that they had made. I've missed you not being up there with us over the past few years Mickey. Your pain and suffering is over now. I'll always remember you my friend whenever I play that CD. The angels aren't only getting a fine violinist but also a wonderful soul and a comedian to boot!
