It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne Brent Cathers, with family by his side, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Grosse Isle Community Centre on Saturday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m.

My dear Cheryl: I’m sharing your grief as I’ve heard the news of Wayne. It was a hard well fought battle. I’m so sorry you’ve lost your life partner; and so sorry you have to feel this pain at this time in your life. I know you have a wonderful support group around you and you have strength in faith and personality.
