Mom passed away September 14, 2024 at Tuxedo Villa in Winnipeg at the age of 97.
She was predeceased by her husband Stephen in 2016. Left to cherish her memory are her brother Runo; son Ron (Debbie); daughter Carolyn Hay (Frank); four grandchildren, Neil, Alison, Brent, and Cameron; and nine great-grandchildren, Ellis, Shea, Ben, Lucas, Wesley, Sophia, Jesse, Anna, and Ruth.
Ruth was born in Winnipeg on September 4, 1927. She always spoke about the love in her home growing up. She had three brothers, Henning, Runo, George; and sister Gloria. As Mom always said, "One Day At A Time".
