VINCE GIESBRECHT
Peacefully with family by his side Vincent Cecil Giesbrecht passed away at Pembina Place Mennonite Personal Care Home, on September 17, 2024 at the age of 89 years.
Vince is survived by Bernice (wife of 68 years), son Gordon (Debra), granddaughters, Jen (Will) and Drea, great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Cole, Emmett, and Teagan, brother Vic, and sisters, Irene Tyerman and Barb Campbell (Jim).
Vince was a master electrician with the Manitoba provincial government. He was a lifelong reader and loved all things flying. He had a private pilot’s licence and built many remote-control model airplanes in later life. Through much of his life Vince served God through the audio/visual ministry of Calvary Temple, Winnipeg.
Special thanks to the staff at Pembina Place Mennonite Personal Care Home 2nd floor for their exceptional care. There will be a graveside gathering for family in Lac du Bonnet, date to be determined.

Many memories over the years are flooding my heart. Cottage on Winnipeg River with the hungry Jack Fish!! Church events, photography, Calvary Place⦠and on and on. Vince was a dear friend!
