My sincere condolences Carla on the loss of your husband David. A father and grandfather to your son, daughter and grandchildren. I was very sad to hear of his passing. I think of him with fondness in the many years he was my family physician, giving me the best care as my Dr. and the many conversations we shared off topic of healthcare. Rest easy Dr. Crawford on your final journey. - Posted by: Colleen Balsillie (Former patient) on: Oct 05, 2024

Our sincere condolences to Carla and family. Dr. Crawford was our physician for many years until he retired. He sent us a nice letter announcing his retirement and for us to definitely look for another physician to take care of us in our years ahead. He provided us with doctor references and thanked us for being his patients and our friendship that grew over the years. He mentioned that he was retiring to spend time with his 1st grandchild on the way! Rest in Peace Dr. Crawford - Posted by: Wade and Shannon Bilodeau (former patients and friends) on: Oct 02, 2024

My deepest condolences to you Carla, your children & grandchildren. I remember working with you at Reimer Express many years ago, and if I remember correctly he was just a young Doctor at that time. When I saw the name in the obituaries I was shocked to see it was your husband. Again, my heartfelt condolences. - Posted by: Darlene Baxter (Friend) on: Sep 29, 2024

Dr. Crawford was my doctor and my moms for many years. Carla and Dr. Crawford always made time to see us or refer us in the right direction. His feature in the CancerCare magazine was a very important topic on experimental trials that are made possible through donations. He was a great man and we are so sorry for his passing. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time. - Posted by: Shari Wolfson (Former Patient) on: Sep 29, 2024

Carla, Kathy and I express our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to you, your children and grandsons. David was first and foremost an authentic, kind and good person. I think he did everything the same way. He was gentle, calm and humble. He genuinely cared about everyone he was in contact with. I was thinking about him the other day at work; just how much he cared about patients. It was always clear how he loved you and the kids. He will be alive in all of you forever, Craig. - Posted by: Craig Downs (Medical School Classmate and Colleague) on: Sep 28, 2024
