Jean Chornoboy passed away peacefully on September 23 at the age of 93. She was a loving wife and mother who valued her family, her friends, her community and her faith. She committed her life to supporting her husband and children in everything they did, to her community through various board and volunteer roles and to her church.
She will be missed by Harry, her husband of 72 years, her children Harold (Joanne) and Douglas (Katherine), her four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be held on October 11, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 4588 Roblin Boulevard, Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, in memory of Jean, the family has respectfully requested donations to either the Alzheimer Society or Chalice (Canada).
